For the surface mount stuff you could turn an iron into a surface mount solder heater thing. I forget who did it but I’m sure you can find on YouTube.
Look at your screws for the box lids and I think you will find they are plated steel not SS as they should be for a waterproof case!!
You should make an onlyfans for your expletive-filled monologues.
Even if you say "Worlds smallest solar charge controller" it doesn't mean much..what i mean is ..i would rather welcome board with proper connectors also i didn't see any output protection ..maybe there is..who knows..if you don't need small board then why to force it ? also there isn't posibility to program it to different voltage..right ?

Hello Julian, maybe you knew this already but from Jan 1st all purchases we make through AliExpress etc will have VAT added to the cost. Did you know that? (Sorry – this comment is completely unrelated to this video!) Any thoughts on it? I just prepared an order for some of those small "360" buck converters (hence thought of you!) and the cost was a bit more than I expected. Seems like the days of nice cheap stuff from China are coming to an end?
