Sir, Mine displays segments a, b, g, and e. Also buttons 2 and 8 do not 'buzz.'
I'm sure you are to busy to respond, I would be grateful. I really took my time and yep disappointed. Perfect circuit for my application. I will get another ad try again…. Any thoughts are appreciated.
I didn't see you put the bridge wire under the speaker.
Not sure if anyone has mentioned this.
When I design my own pcb's I always connect opposite corners of those switches. That way it doesn't matter wich way around you put them in.
How about a link to the kit to order one.
hi
great videos keep up the good work
what make is the soldering iron you where using ?
cheers
It's not Vcc with CMOS parts, it's Vdd!
"You can't even show 9!" – Did you try 8 + 1?
You are indeed correct in saying that the 4511 is BCD, for a hex decoder, look for the MC14495-1 (although i'm not sure supplies will last for much longer, as it isn't being made anymore); this may be the only IC of this kind, i have not come across others.
BTW i just ordered one of these kits for myself 😉
Beeps when a button is depressed? They have buttons called Marvin now?
Remove seal after washing? WTH?
Julian i need a lil help. I have a battery, a 3prong switch, and an led light i made of single 10mm leds. So far as is, everything is fine and dandy. Problem is i have to disconect the batrery to charge it everytime. I have a tp4650 w/out protection, that i would like to incorporate. Can you help me with a diagram for this please. I know its easy i just cant get my head around the connection it would be bit easier if i had a 2 prong switch but my wife dosent want anymore gadgets in the house so i have to do with what i have. I would appreciate your help. I changed my profile pic on youtube so you could see the diagram i have so far.
what iron is that?
