    The massive fuse looks like a starter fuse for a Ford F-450 truck

    Those are maxi fuses. Common in older US cars for things like fan motors or defrosters.

    It is for DC Bench Power Supply Leads

    The Octo-adapter was pretty cool for the power meter and the VOM but within 10 minutes the alligator clips came loose and had to be resoldered followed by the Micro-clamps next. Now I know why the yellow and green didn't seem to do squat after you took yours apart, thanks. keep broadcasting!!

    I use the cable with all the different leads with a bench power supply – output – not input. The banana plugs go into the power supply. Then you can easily connect to the load using any of the various connectors available. The negative lead thumbscrew gizmo is a cutoff; useful if you have a car that sits unused quite a bit. Rather than allowing the cars systems to vampire the battery sitting in the garage you turn the disconnect. Then when you want to use the car you just tighten the thumbscrew to reestablish the connection.

    Are you sponsered by jlcpcb or somthing?

    (noticed it says it in the description of loads of your videos lol)

    I have an electric lawn mower that uses a big "fuse" like that. It protects the mower from accidents. If it's not plugged in the mower won't go.

    All the random ebay packages are fun to watch you open and talk about.

    Julian;

    For the battery connector, the one end does go onto the battery, and the part that is on the treaded end goes onto the terminal that was connected to the battery. That way you don't have to have to keep unbolting the battery every time you need a quick disconnect. Like if you want to remove your battery real quick to put on a different car. There could be all kinds of uses.

    Just a quick note….
    Michael
