Lots more wiring - worrying about ground loops and overloaded 5 volt circuitry. Then, vocal gymnastics and a discovery - capacitors where they shouldn't be.

Glad it was only on two bars. It was a great example of what NOT to do. Still, a bitch to fix, huh? Other than that "offset", well done. 🚦 🚦
That is so cool. I agree that a signal generator would be more "exacting". I have no problem with your oral inputs, but… 🙂
Just a thought! Would it be possible to have something like a MSGEQ7 (Spectrum Analyser) and have that control the Teensy 3.2 + Audio board using the Lo Pass/Hi Pass filter to get a vocoder effect? …guess I should just try it myself!
Another great video! Thanks Julian!
It looks like the leads to your VU's are just in sockets, cant you just cross the feed wires over lol then you wont have to desolder anything 😀
neoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo………. Julian ohhh Julian…. u had every demn thing….. juts get… no no no i mean built a signal generator! Nikola Tesla is crying watching you doin that!
Yay! Vocoder update. Love your channel, came here from Big Clive's channel and stayed. Vocoder is my favourite project.
what is that number keyboard under the meter ?
Worst video ever to watch with a headphone while trying to do work… Geez… Use a signal generator…
