Hi, I have an USB c model, but it won't turn off. Only after charging after a little timeout. Anyone any suggestions?

I built the QD188 in Jan, 2017. Today the variable output (2.5mm) quit working. The display reads 15v (for example) but there is not output voltage, so the display indicates a selected voltage, but not the actual output voltage. I opened it up hoping to find a fuse but no such luck. Anyone with this device have any suggestions. Also, you can copy, print and attach this label to the front of your QD188.

TAPE THESE INSTRUCTION TO THE FRONT OF YOUR CHARGING CHASSIS:

Print and cut out these instructions.

Tape them to the front of the unit.

Can you recommend a good and truly working 3S/4S balanced BMS Protections Circuit from a cheap place like ebay or is that totally impossible?
I've seen that many are marked as BMS but they ain't 🙁
