Great Video and thank you. I bought the upgraded version of the booster(heat sink & Fan $29.00) and a bunch of Charging batteries. Banggood is not so cheap but offers many products.
    Intercom no longer available.

This video made me become aware that there are PCB-style blade fuse holders! Thanks!

When I was a young fellow, I took a summer job working for a fly by night jack of all trades. We did house painting, building destruction and construction, that sort of thing. He was long on work and short on pay, in fact we usually had to get our dads involved to get a check out of the skinflint, but I did manage to save up a few bucks. Much of my money went for smokes, cause it was so cool to smoke back then, but I did set aside enough to buy a pair of Midland walky talky's and man we had fun with those, my best buddy and I used them all over the place, we were still young enough to play soldier and stuff like that (the child labor laws were rather scant back then.) So those toys were great. However being an electronics nut, it wasn't long before I had them apart, trying to make them do stuff that they shouldn't do, and eventually breaking first one, then the other. Ah but they were fun while they lasted.

Why on earth would walkie talkies be illegal??

Always enjoy your video's! BUT when it comes to reading Induction's, these are useless!!
Most of the time it will report 'unknown'
Unless you have some other device in mind; it looks like I'll have to buy a PEAK.

Those converters are bs. They only have different power rated transistors but price diffrence is really significant.

Did that red Transistor tester show the Autobots logo while starting up?

    Julian,
The camera has a value of about $50.
All you did was play around in an apparently random manner.
What I think most viewers would prefer is a reasonabaly thorough evaluation showing strengths & weaknesses.
Noone wants to spend that amount & get a poorly designed or poor performance device

Good stuff! By the way, noting that you uploaded this on Nov 26, 2015, the reason why you saw "unsupported plugin" on Chrome is due to NPAPI plugin, which Chrome no longer supported as of September 2015. Firefox and Internet Explorer still supports those technologies, however.
