Plastic tubing such as for aquariums pressed on the studs

I like the suggestion somebody made about connecting cells lined up with bits of threaded rod. Barring that, I would NOT use any sort of spacer that's compressible like the foam is. Also, I've used bits of plastic pen barrel for various things in the past, but that stuff is way too brittle!

Hello, can I use how much current, in the controller and in the motor without damaging?

I've bike += motor, but 2 battery pack on rear rack, so heavy I guess going up hill is more work than if non-electric bike, so I'd love lighter 1s. Does 1 need to separate your new batteries?

What's the capacity of one LiFePO4 cell? They look so small, and putting 8 in series will not increase the capacity ร—8, as you know. Of course the pack is much lighter than the original pack. It's because you also get much less battery capacity (energy, runtime) out of it lol.

you need a 8s bms or a 9 if you want to add another cell for more speed

you should use the 12v 4000mah battery packs there a bit lighter and chaeper
