Question – how do you read lipo battery status? You calculate it or read some value from chip? how?

I've yet to find a normal E27, or E14 filament bulb on eBay without the horrible 50Hz flicker, I've bought some Edison-types which are taller and they were perfect.
they make them dimmable now. The price just went way down on them too!
Just bought 2 of these and noticed that they have this strobing effect. Probably at 50Hz. Does anyone know why? Did they forget to put in capacitors?

why the hell you call filament bulbs retro? you can still get them as "special heat sources" 🙂
