I use one of these and they are great.
Mine can generate a bit of heat and a battery indication would be useful other than the flashing led. The WD01 shows up under my PC network, so I have access to my laptop, NAS and the RavPower making transfers easy.
I see that a newer version is available with double the battery capacity, WAN and micro SD.

I wounder how long the battery lasts with a 128g SD and a Large Capacity Thumb Drive also could you leave it on and use an external Power Bank to Run/Charge it or leave it Plugged in and would doing that damage the internal battery?
