Does not have the correct CE mark on the power bank label, It allways worrys me when they claim to have a CE but cannot get the regulation mark correct.

Assuming it's not like the 30 amp hour powerbank in that it's just a blatant lie.
I was testing some 18650 cells recently. The ones claiming 3000mAh and internal protection circuit, returned about 2000 mAh and had no protection circuit. The ones claiming 6000 mAh returned 800mAh or less. All cycled/tested with a smart lithium battery charger that includes a discharge capacity test mode.
The 6000 cells were very poor and out of ballance. I suspect recycled cells, relabeled and sold as new.
can you do it Teardown of that power Bank and show us the electronic inside and the cells
Love those little pro minis. The a4 and a5 pins are in an awkward place for using with breadboards though. Did you order any 5v ones as well? That Deek robot one looks exaaaactly like the 5v ones I got.
Seems like in almost every video of yours, I see something I either just got, or am about to get, like we are progressing in parallel or something. Check my latest video where I use the pro-mini, RF24 and 0.96" screen together with PS3 controller and Android. Thumbnail shot from your channel briefly makes an unexpected appearance too 🙂
Love your vids, you make stuff easy to get for us newbies. I got one for you (a video request, maybe?) what is the cheapest way to create a dimmable string of 3w leds (I don't know, say 6-9) with a remote analog pot? I love the cheap constant current regulators on ebay, but they either have a tiny onboard pot or need PWM… any advice? Thanks!
Someone at work bought one of those a few months ago. It does indeed have 8 cells. It does take over half a day to charge to full if it's been drained, but he did take it on a hiking trip and it made his phone last for well over 8 days.
I have one of those power banks, great in use, but would have to wreck it to get inside to have a look.
Have doubts about storage but definitely holds a lot.
Would like to see a load test.
We used to gun for higher modem speed 9600bps to 56k to now broadband Gigabits, Higher CPU Gigahertz, more and more rows of Gigabytes SIMM ! Now what ? Big Cell phone Screen ? Even bigger Power Bank with 5 digits Capacity ! hmmm………
