I just bought that 150w boost converter and did not realize it starts working from about 11v anyways I think it should do the job since I was gonna use it to boost from a 3cell lipo wich is about 12v fully charged and drops down to about 10.5 v dischaged hope it works for me

Cool stuff ,, ?? I want to use that boost converter to power a Class D amplifier board that needs 32 Vdc @ 3 amps , the supply voltage I put in will be 15Vdc @ 3 amps ,, will this work or is it going to be short on the required amperage ( lower ) @ 32 volts ?? thanks for any help ..

How can I utilized 120dc from electric lawn mow on a battery power hand still or saw?

Is there a buck conver that can limit V and Amp?

    What size do you recommend

What kind of trimpot do I need then? They usually have 3296 10K multicolored. But I want normal so 150 lights very low at minimum & 150W when it's at max

Strange thing with that CH340 USB to Serial deal, I have a couple of them, and when I tried to use them one day, I just could not get them to work with any of my many Arduino's that require the device. So I tossed them in my parts bin and ordered some FTDI units, they work OK and I used them for over a year. Here the other day, I picked up one of those crimpers so I could make my own DuPont type cables. I made one with two bases that fit, what five or six pin, what ever they are, and of course, switching the RX and TX wires, now the blasted things both work great. So I guess I must have been hooking them up consistently wrong some place down the line. I do recall switching the two just to see if that made them work, with no help, so I don't know exactly what I did to screw them up but the new cable makes life wonderful overall, a simple one plug on either side and away we go. Using this cable, I even found an old Arduino that was custom made, I was sure I blew up that has sockets for both the ESP8266 and the other old radio set, I forget something 24? plus one more socket I forget what was for. I could never get it working at all, now it programs with no problem using my home built cable. I guess there are some of us that just need a diagram for everything, now if I can just draw up one to find my way to the latrine.
