This summer I'm planning to experiment with using the ElectroDacus SBMS to charge my electric bike.

dude, you should work for Tesla – friggin genius ! I have an old Currie I want to change to lithium, but I think I'll donate it – I'd electrocute myself trying to duplicate your efforts – but great to see smart people at work !
why is your angle of solar so high for uk
I mean no disrespect at all your video's and you are great but when watching your postbag videos, they were the first I found I always imagined you to be about 18 to 20 years old from your voice. but thinking about it a 20yr old wouldn't have your knowledge.
You could use a boost converter to power the charge controller.
Why the obsession with solar panels and charge controllers, is the power out a lot in the UK? I got a solar battery charger from Harbor Freight and never found a use for it even though the sun shines most of the time here in Arizona!
Hi Jukian, what is that Worx tool behind the bike, inside your shed ??
Very educational and nice videos on how MOSFET works in your MOSFET videos post and I see you have an e Bike, would you consider extending those videos to show how the bldc dc motor controller work on an e bike. Build a custom bldc motor controller.
Well if you keep it, I'd be interested in buying. I have a paypall account. Do you sell on ebay all the time? Do you have a store?
What happened to your wind turbine? Where did you get it?
Wouldn't it be easier and cheaper to connect the bms to the battery and just have a simple power supply? You wire the bms once and forget about it. When the battery is flat just plug it in and let the bms do everything. I've done this with my 48v 20ah battery filled with 18650. No need for expensive smart chargers which are capable of producing high amps. Just get a high amp psu and that's it
im confused wheres the motor? i dont see a hub motor i dont see a crank one or a one that engages the wheel so where is it?

Julian Is Nice
So do you
Another great video Julian ๐ Myself I'd be tempted to use the 12v battery/boost converter all of the time but it will be interesting to see how the system performs when just running on "raw" solar ๐
Thanks for another fine video Julian.. and thanks for the mention again. Cheers!!
