First look at the tiny iSDT SC-608 Smart Charger and the Dinogy 1500mAh 4S 65C lipo.
The smart balance charger and 4S lipo were kindly provided by Banggood at no cost to me - there were no cash incentives for me to make this video. The small logo "Paid Product Placement" during the first 10 seconds of the video (bottom left of screen) is a mechanism provided by YouTube. However it's not possible to differentiate between goods supplied free of charge and payments made by a supplier.

I would call it real smart if you were able to set the desired voltage for a charge or discharge instead of just choosing the 4.2 V for a standard charge or fixed 3.3 v for a discharge. It would be much nicer only to charge up to around 4.1 v to get more cycles out of the cells ๐Ÿ™‚

Thank you very much for the review. I bought one of those eight days ago and very like it but one thing which borders me is the fact that I had to build an adapter for my two 12v batteries in order to power this beauty : P
Well, at least I can charge my batteries with higher current than my cheap 23$ balance charger which also has very loud fan

I'm charging with SC-608 powered by 12V from my PC. I like it much! Compact, neat display and I can use nearly any DC power supply because it step up/down voltage.

Can you use a 12 volt solar panel for the input power?

why charge half amp?….. what thin wires?… you can easily charge that pack at the C rating times the packs mAH rating…. so you can charge those batteries with very high amperage

Being a smart balance charger it would be nice to show how much capacity per cell after charge to keep a eye
    on individual cells ?

Seems pretty good. I was expecting the usual train wreck on the interface. Pleasant surprise.
