You must be doing something like me, I had some of the same things arrive today,
I was looking at a high power balancer. Got the voltage/amperes, they are different that the last so can't actually calibrate the current, but seem accurate. Downside is the two decimals.

Bought a nice capacity tester too.
    4 down… 396 to go… 😢
Should have bought a few more..
Charging from the am7526a I think… Adjustable buck chip. 2 amp so speeds things up. Currenty li-ion, next is LFP.
But I think I'll build my own load tester for the bigger batteries.

Where do you get those little plastic feet for the power board?

Hi ! Maybe you already know all this, but, just in case : About the ACS712 module, hall effect sensor, I never had good results with them, maybe for high currents works OK, but, even changing the resistor, they are not very good, in my opinion; instead, I use INA219 modules, I2C, high side current, They are superb ! And, about that toggle switches, I have discover if I keep my soldering iron "too much" time (not really) soldering the pins, they melt inside and the toggle is not reliable anymore, works randomly, so, be aware of that. Thanks for sharing !

I like those switches and am adding the survy2014 seller to my favorites… for now. Yes, I realize the switches are available from other sellers, including on AliExpress.

Heh. I have a small board here that i wanted to identify. It has a couple of chips, and BOTH a zener diode and a 78L05 regulator chip to power the other parts. Putting a 9V battery on the clip that's attached gave no sensible results. But there was a board number, so I searched on that, and the result was an ebay listing saying "for soldering practice", meaning that the board is no damn good for actually doing what it was supposed to do…

You buy all this so we don't have to!

Why you buy all that crap, that you will never use, form China?

  12. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Pirat Carribean says:

Those switches seem heavy, but that's because of the nuts.
