    The solvents in the solder paste for the flux are normally alcohol based along with other volatiles. You should always store them at a lower temperature above freezing to minimize loss of those through evaporation. Do not use any desiccant as that will only cause more to evaporate until an equilibrium is reached in the container. ziplock bags are good just remove any excess air without creating a vacuum condition. The less space for gasses, the less evaporation it will take to reach an equilibrium. The thick heavy duty freezer bags are the best. Anything being stored for an extended period has a corner left open and then the rest of the bag is submerged to remove the air before the corner that's still open is sealed. Then it goes into the fridge. I've seen some use pressurized containers, but it's just more work and solder paste isn't that expensive.
