For the plastic dispensing tips, the best way to go IMO is just get the 25 gauge and cut some off the tip if you need it wider. Saves having to get all different sizes.

A lot of wasted time trying to get the solder paste out. Also, why would you use the FLUX in the back of the syringe? That's just pointless. It's meant to be used on the PCB or wire to help the solder flow on the joint. Do a search for how other people use that flux "grease" and then solder SMD components to a board. SO MUCH EASIER!
This is freaking ANAL The stuff you call solder grease is actually RMA solder Paste better than the stuff you are trying to use. Use the Grease as you call it it will do a great job/
