Hello Julian. Interesting stuff ! On a side note, why don't you "linkify" more? What happened to the Diesel motor? What's that project with the outdoor supercaps ? I could search myself, but you should "advertise" your own videos by putting convenient direct links up.
For people like me who came to this episode cold, it would have been useful if you had given a brief intro into what the video was all about.
Now, now Julian… don't you think the fact the ground/neg on the screw terminals were joined together on the PCB gave away whether it was a pos (P) or neg (N) switching mosfet? 😛 Now all you'll need to do is add a mic to your project, so you can have your fan dance to the beat of next doors music 😉
Maybe add some reflecting … inside/outside the see thru lid on the sunny side box.
You should hit those screw heads with WD-40 every so often to keep that rust away.
