Diary update on the penny organ. This device will have 2 modes - poly organ (4 note polyphonic keyboard) and chord organ (each note plays a 4 note chord). The chord mode will use modifiers for major/minor and octave/seventh.

Pop a minor 7th over the major triad, you'll get the jazzy major chord ๐
I missed previous vids in this, what are you using for the touch detection?
Is it with midi ??
what is the name of that capacitive touch module?
Yes, this is completely awesome and I always speak my mind so don't be offended for constructive criticism please, we need these things to grow. I watch this channel because you've supplied some really need to know electronics. Did you sample that sound? If so what from? These type of things make signature sound like the Doors organ…
The 7th I like is the major triad with the flatted 7th: so, C, E, G, Bb (which resolves to F major) Often used in blues, bluegrass and folk music. Cheers
Now that's what I call a proper breadboard. Well, a length of decking maybe ๐
awesome
For the first time I have absolutely no idea what you're talking about.
What about putting a Class D Amp module on the organ and a speaker?
hey.. norwegian coins. and what is the other? japanese?
I always like to use the sus2 and sus4 chords, but I guess you could go on adding chord variants ad infinitum
If you decide to give this away, please consider me. I really really want this Penny Organ (for my son). It is so cool!
