A fun day playing around with Bluetooth smart watches (fitness trackers), Bluetooth discovery apps and an Arduino Uno with nRF24L01+.

hello, I wonder if we can read mi band 2's gyro sensor etc via this service parameters live, I want to make a controller out of mi band 2

What is pled anyone
do you record you're videos with a nexus 4, if so it looks amazing, it makes me want to break out my old nexus 4 and use it for video recording.
Darn, I picked up one of those QN9021 smart watches. I assume there must be a few different firmware versions floating around because Movnow Plus App didn't work for me.
Good stuff, keep on hacking, and keep on learning. I find myself bored on occasion, so in the past year, besides watching every video you and Big Clive have ever posted, I have; Obtained my Ham ticket, purchased a couple of ham radios, built a small ham receiver/transmitter from a kit, as well as a wide assortment of other kits. Designed and built several other circuits and such as well as a couple of volt meters, an ohm meter based on an arduino nano, and several other projects that keep my wife buzzing about to see what the hell I am doing now. Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks, just turned 65 last month so my mail in now filled with adverts for hearing aides (no thanks get mine from the VA) food suplements to keep my member hard, and insurance policys for the nursing home that I shall surely be entering anytime soon. Besides all that, we have been bouncing back and forth between our motor home and house traveing the highways and biways of the usa. But I do have you to thank for my renewed intersest in electronics, and especially Arduinos.
Do we need a smart phone?ย Can we use PC laptop?ย I will not own a mobile phone.ย I would like to have the watch with apps.
Would get heaps more clicks if you advertised with ESP8266!
Hello, could I have help with building or buying a Lithium ion charger circuit. Could you recommend one? Building a 12v battery using 20 18650 cells. Want to build it for my solar panel or my go-cart.
Julian, I notice you use bang good or ebay for most of your purchases. Have you used AliExpress? I get loads of items from there, they are much cheaper than bang good and the shipping is usually quite fast (depending on the seller).
Hi Julian
ย I just love your videos specially mail bag and reviews. While you are on the Bluetooth subject could you perhaps on another video talk about bluetooth speakers and noise reduction techniques that could be used on USB powered amps. I built a USB powered amp with a bluetooth dongle to bring in the signal and ran into noise issues if I use the same USB hub to power both devices. I am thinking of using a coil to reduce the noise. What is your opinion on using such a filter and can you please help..

I am having a devil of a time finding anyone who teaches blue tooth programming for android or iOS.
there's something about having color-matched note paper that gives me warm fuzzies
MegaBytes and Megabits
Hi, Try 'Body Sensor'' or 'Yufit' app for the green device.
Good to see you colour coordinated the notepads to the watches ๐
