Great channel, great vids. but at what point are you going to declare your sponsorship by txhang which BTW is required by law.

    'Oh…. thank the maker'

If they decoded the 16 possibility of the decoder, as I remember, you get 0-9, and A-F. HEX. Although A-F may be tricky with 7-segment displays.

Didn't the frequency of a servo pulse used to be 8.3ms or 10ms? Matching line frequency? I know the pulse width was always 2ms max.

I think they've trapped the writer of the "tube display" data sheet; the 4 possible letters are 'H', 'E', 'L', and 'P'…

Do you have videos of actually putting these parts and pieces into use? A tutorial or project using each of these would be fantastic and much appreciated!

Have you tried her Arduino boards? (+1 : 422)

Ive been buying things from Amazon, even when ebay might be cheaper, and has more nice things, like Alice's shop. Also amazon doesnt sell 2-pin automatically flashing or cycling RGB leds, on amazon they are like ยฃ2-3 per 100, but because of paypal I cant buy anything from ebay.. I cant make a paypal account because for some reason you MUST have an UK phone number to register the account! I need it because I live in the UK, but I dont have a UK number, so cant sign up, cant use ebay, cant buy anything I want.. I hate websites forcing people to use phone numbers they might not have..

Alice, Alice, who the F*** is Alice?

I bought 2 of the 1A/2A power testers that look like yours (although 2A on mine is red and 1A is green), and mine also give off a weird smell when plugged in. Its like a cross between burning plastic and mothballs.

  12. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Nicholas Aarons says:

Very nice bundle of kit there Dude. I can't wait to see what you build with it all. Keep up the great work. Nick.

You really should be sponsored by Alice. I'd never find that seller without you! And I trhank you so much for that! If I hadn't found you, I'd still be buying from Sparkfun or Adafruit for 10x the price and I wouldn't have such a project freedom!

I know this video is pretty old but you could probably cut out the Arduinos and do everything right on the ESP8266s.

  15. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Digger D says:

I'd bet the dodgy switch is fine – they (China) probably neglected to solder all the legs or did their usual crap job ๐Ÿ˜‰ย  I've fixed a lot of stuff from China just by resoldering the connections.
