A review and teardown of the Aukey LT-T1 LED desk lamp. Has adjustable colour temperature from warm white to cool white and 5 brightness levels. A 5v USB DCP socket is provided. Works well on voltages between 12v and 14.4v and makes a good light source for filming my videos!

Hey can you make video on how to disassemble baseus i-work lamp? My dimming dial suddenly wont work, I tried to fix it but cant open the lid on the scroll
I was hoping to see HOW you disassembled it. I've unscrewed all the screws and nothing seems obvious. I need to destroy that frickin' ON/OFF LED. It shines bright red when off and blinks when using the timer. F that! Too distracting in both cases.
Nice lamp and video! one question: if I unplug it while it's on, will it turn on immediately when i plug it back then? or does it just remain off? I'm trying to make it work with homekit

Would also like to know the MSRP for a product right away and not towards the end of the video. This is too expensive for what it is, a cheap Chinese LED desk lamp.
I just don't understand why there are so many dislikes.The LED lamp is pretty cool,and I like the video,it may be not as "tech" as Julian's other videos,But I think that he could try something different,and we should also accept various video styles.Anyway,I like it.
I have a very similar lamp in my office, but it is too expensive for me to buy for home. This one might be a good cheap alternative. I will order one I think. The one I have at the office is >90 CRI, this one doesn't say the CRI.

I really hope that nobody ends up buying this lamp, for that price anyway. Design is OKAY (it's still ugly though) but otherwise it's 90% plastic and the rest is nothing much either. If it was say £15 then maybe it would be a little more logical. Nice review though, cheers for "opening it up carefully" 🙂
the mcu looks like an 8051 clone made by hynitron. datasheet is in chinese.
