20 different and stupid patterns spoil these "Knight Rider" LED strips. But the multilayer flexible PCB is interesting.

All those patterns looked really cool to me 🙂
These work perfect on a 9v battery I bought these from China, just received them Iam now trying to get them working from usb
Can you cut these to make them shorter or is there a short one of these to fit my RC car? Need like a 3 inch or something like that. Great video by the way
agree with u 100% stupid programmer stupid patterns!!
Man… i just bought them for my car too, i just wanted a classic knight rider scan, not amusement park lights
Best set up I've seen is a windscreen wiper motor set up, with a "bent" conductor onto singular plates of supply and demand lamps that light up as the integrated wiper motor / bent conductor moves across each plate
This is sick lol
Well, read out the firmware and fix it.
@Julian .. I suspect, that there are a number of tracks on the back side of the strip. All those 'through holes' are probably just that. The only ones that are plated would be the ones needed to connect each set of LEDs to it's particular track. (Can they do that?) That might mean that they could reduce the number of tracks (I/O pins) further by multiplexing – or even use all 16 pairs individually. IF you have one of these, you can probably cut it in half. Being careful to NOT short the possible tracks on the back side of the strip. It wouldn't look so 'cool' on a car, but maybe something with two wheels? 😀
dude ty so much , I am trying to do an arduino project and not use up every single pin out on my board lol
The programmer just makes what he is told to make. Let that sink in.
Just wanted a review now I’m an electrical engineer, 😂
What a stoopid video.
