Do you need to do a diesel heater update
We have some professional torches. We find that the micro USB sockets and plug interfaces can’t take daily plugging/unplugging as they are put on charge / used every day. After six to nine months, they no longer make good contact.

I wonder if the light is designed to sync some of that heat into your hand. Human water cooling.

Nice review Julian. Was wondering if you have capacity tested that battery… does it come close to 3100 mAh?
If you are camping, two colour temperatures would be nice. Red end of the spectrum for when insects are rampant or you want your eyes to quickly adjust to the darkness after you turn it off and white when you need just raw light intensity. Otherwise its just an expensive torch in a sea of much cheaper torch offerings.
So many torch/flashlight connoisseurs in the comments section and some really bitchy ones at that, don’t be jealous ladies just because Julian got a free product and your still stuck using a McDonald’s happy meal LED toy while living in your mothers basement, we can’t all have aspirations of becoming a full time gamer, losers, independence isn’t doing your own Landry instead of mummy doing it.
