I'd like to build this part only. But you don't say what all the chip numbers are, especially the ram chip. I got the 555 and the LS374's. The other two look like LS373's but no number on the ram and counter. Please post them if you will.
This is all well beyond my tiny mind Julien, interesting none the less though. Is this project in reference to Ben Eater's chanel & Loneregister's chanel?
Many thanks for your posts, Julian. Can I ask, can you recommend an Ebay supplier for breadboards? The ones I bought from a supplier – are naff – I can't push standard gauge cable into them easily. Thank you
Awesome video series! I like to get down to the underlying mechanics of electronics. Have you got any tips for anyone interested to build something similar, but haven't got any education in electronics? And would love to see the diagram and parts list for this mini project. Any bigger than this and I wouldn't grasp it I think.
next video. 8-bit computer using perfboard

Can you please give me the schematic?
It seems that conditional branches are missing before I'd call this a "computer". Cool project, though!
I'd suggest making the schematics available to paetreons only 😝
Thanks a lot. I have ordered everything to start building my own, I can't wait. Thanks again
Sorry to hear of the terror attack in the UK today, the world is quickly becoming a more dangerous place ever day.
Great project, keep it coming..

This comment is entirely too silly.
How long before this can fly a quadcopter or power an iPhone?
