Is there any way of testing a charge doctor? I think mine, a cheap Chinese one from China, is actually restricting current as things seem to charge a LOT slower when the doctor is attached than without?
Hi Julian ,I have the same kind of 4 cell charger , the problem is after fixing it the power shows 75% charge n not 100% ,but when i use it to charge my cell phone it,s not chargeing my cell phone , what could be the problem , you advice please

charging from one power bank to another you only lose about 1 or 2 % so not as daft as you might think

it looks like it has single cell charge monitoring. might be a good buy. I have salvaged some 18650 laptop batteries and I'm looking for some usb charger boxes.
how many of those spot lights do you think you could use simultaneously if you used a usb hub to attach to the powerbank….sounds like simple math, but im an electronics noob….
