Julian! Have you another project like frequency meter with same small OLED display?

I personally enjoy the process of learning from mistakes videos. I enjoy process videos.

HI, that library drives me nuts… Did you get it that working with displaying a bmp? With adafruit's lib it isnt a problem at all and i assume it should work with u8g2 as well?

Julian, thanks a lot for your great videos on displays and especially thanks for the carification and nice words on u8g2 in this video. Getting faced with trouble is something which happens to all of us, but your video also motivates to go forward and find solutions.

expose the path for the solution is, in my opinion, the greatest lesson of all!

Where do the goodies come from?

The problem with this approach is that YouTube has too many 20+-minute videos on doing something with Arduino (often with obvious mistakes) that can be well explained in less than 5 minutes…

I had that same library issue recently. It's a badly designed interface. Maybe the "updatable" when they really mean "update available" is just a bad translation from italian to english.

Since you already have a dso-138 and multiple adruinos, could you make a video on how to connect the two together? I can't quite figure out which pins i need to connect.

You don't need to click "more info", you can also just click the block the library is in. Yes, it's a damn pitfall. I will make a Issue on the Arduino GitHub pointing to this video in the hope they will change it.

Still really like all your video's! Also the film-as-I-go ones. Always a bit fun to scream at the screen 😀

Were you able to determine how to connect subsequent, independent displays? I'm awaiting the arrival of rotary encoders and would like to work out one encoder to one display function. Any tips or in our would be awesome!
